“I’ve never called a lawyer before” or “I never thought I’d need a lawyer” is one of the first things most of our clients say when they call. We understand. Facing the probate process after losing a loved one is often difficult emotionally. When something life-altering does happen, you need someone you can trust to listen to you, to help you understand your options, and to work hard to help you in your time of need.
